Sir please clear one confusion of mine. You didn't mention "John Austin" in the history part. I had also watched another KZbin video and the teacher was saying that Austin wad the first to give the idea of sovereignty? And he further said although philosophers know about the concept of philosophy but nobody explained it properly like Austin. I'm confused was it Biden or Austin? Who introduced the idea of Sovereignty first?
