Sovida.. I could be wrong for your situation but..Once you get your insurance involved and his insurance involved; his insurance MUST PAY AND SEND A CHECK FOR YOUR EXPENSES AND ONLY HIS INSURANCE MONTHLY COST WILL GO UP!!! If he doesn’t have insurance; unfortunately your insurance monthly cost will go up!! You should not let your insurance pay anything yet until his insurance is contacted and they accept!! This just recently happened to me and when I got my car appraised to see how much the damages are; the repair shop had to contact HIS insurance to verify the appraisal for the check to be sent!!

You should do your own research about your insurance if they would reimburse you for a rental. Some insurance agents don’t know it all so it’s always good to call them again at another time so you can speak to a different agent that might know more info! It’s good that you tried to figure things out and not wait for your insurance bc I’m telling you sometimes they don’t care enough to dig deeper to figure things out for you!

girl i KNOW how stressful..i just turned 18 in august and planned on getting my license by september and got rear ended by MY NEIGHBOR in my DRIVEWAY! she was speeding n swerved in and had the nerve to play victim so i was at fault.. i was without a car for 3 months had to give up most of my shift n i couldnt even do my nails or lash cs nobody would take me to my appointment it was the fkn worsttttt…just know it gets better even tho it feels like everything is just happening..sending luv!

A year ago i was on my way to my parents house on a county road and came up on a 4 vehicle accident and couldn’t pass because there wasn’t cops there yet and traffic was still oncoming so i had to stop and the car behind me stopped but the car behind him didn’t and i got hit from behind. The car was going 65 mph. It was awful. Thankfully didn’t get hurt but totaled my car. It was my subaru wrx so very sad day😓 but yes you never would think it’s you until it really is you.

girl i’ve heard about managers or people purposely suspending an account to gain money from it. For example, let’s say someone who has connects to insta can get your acc suspending and since that person obviously wants their acc back, they can use that vulnerable moment to charge $$$ to un suspend your acc

I had an accident almost the exact same way. Literally had my car for three days, I had just turned and he came speeding behind me, I saw him in my mirror, but unfortunately couldn't move because there was a car in the other lane. Also hit on the rear passenger side. Car was deemed a total loss and he lied about having insurance and he got away scott free
