I used to love playing multiplayer on World in Conflict. its a shame they shut the servers down. I miss the feeling of battling against people and not bots. The story was fantastic and I loved it.

If you want large scale tank battles, I would have to recommend the Syria map. Its 2500x2500 and is all open desert with hills. Thundering Fields is also good.

When I hear about world in conflict I dress in my best suit! he he Seriously speaking, it was and is a real gem. They took history and its development very seriously. This masterpiece was ahead of what we witnessed almost two decades later. I imagine that they called geopolitical analysts and military tactics something like Tom Clancy to help them with the story because the script, the dialogues, the development... very faithful to what I imagine it would be in real life. How they solved the interface so that it is easy to use and gives you a good feeling of atmosphere at the same time. 20 years after its launch, I recommend it 100%. A game that has aged very well. I wish they would do a remastering, but at least this mod of another great title like Gates of Hell brings back good memories.

This is really pushing the limit of the game's scale. Aside from the lag, it doesn't help that KZbin cuts the quality too. This game simply isn't meant for those large scaled battles, at least on the level of detail you provide.

yeah i agree with you. you know open feild tank battles infrantry and more. one thing i want to see is few houses that way both sides have good cover even add few slopes hills that cold or modern era tanks have advantage on both side. plus you just make USA and EUROPEONS more advantage pls do it. if you want open field its fine but i want more soviet tanks than usa or europeons and more combine arms tactic. like diplex heated search about Usa combine arms tactic. and soviet or russia soviet tactics. (real reason why russia, its because russia still uses soviet tactics combine arm not really combine arm its just incomplete. but pls make it more intresting

yeah ok syria map its fine but don't add europeons because they will be busy fighting in europe (i'm trying to be realistic. its fine europeons ganna add though)
