The last gizmo is a compressed gas powered 3 phase generator. It generates 28V 3 phase 400hz at a few amps. The magnets in it are made of either samerium cobalt or platinum cobalt alloy. It wont generate for long but for the expected operation life its more than enough.

The torque provided by the internal gyro is compensated by the torque motor (flat coils+magnets) using an external amplifier and the zero detector (the rotary differential transformer). The output is the current flowing through the flat coils which is an image of the angular rate.

I suspect this device is a single axis rate integrating gyro. This is basically a rate gyro where the torsion bar is replaced by a torque motor. This eliminates the "zero rate" or bias error caused by the misalignment between the torsion bar steady state angular position and the angular pickoff electrical null.

Could the last piece be a "vibrating wheel gyroscope" type? The stator at the top is driven to make it vibrate, and the coils later are used to measure movement of the gyro relative to the walls and magnets. It probably moves only fractions of millimeter.

Perhaps the part at 17:00 is a DC to 3-phase AC power convertor. I have an old Soviet missile gyro that is about 2x the diameter of this. How can I identify it, or see if it works? I haven't looked at it in years, but it appears to have similar gyros, but also these cylinders with plungers on the for X Y and Z. Maybe they are PIGAs

А вот разработать новое уже невозможно - некому. It is not exactly something you can get from a local strore or order from Amazon... I found it onto german ebay, but it is extremely rare such a thing gets available, I would say once a year at max. If you miss it, then it is gone forever.
