Болгары сами, осознанно делают свой выбор. Этих политиков они выбрали сами. Сейчас, когда России потребовалась помощь, болгары встали на сторону врага, активно поставляя оружие и отправляя наёмников, убивать россиян.

@@alinakirill "These traitors Bulgarians" "fought against" you because their rightful territory was taken away by the Great Powers (aka Great-Britain and France). It was natural for us to join the central powers after the Treaty of Berlin. We did fought you in WW1, not because we hate you, but because you held lands where the majority of the population was Bulgarian. In WW2 we joined on the side of Germany, not because we were again stripped away from land, but because it was a life and death situation, Germany could have run us over like we were some speedbump like Belgium or the Netherlands, but we choose to live by joining them. The Tsardom of Bulgaria NEVER had any intentions of war against the USSR, we held our diplomatic ties with you and even refused to join the Eastern Front. Our Tsar said to Hitler's face that if he sends the Bulgarian Army to the Eastern Front then it would join the Russians while the military bands were playing their repertoire. Nevertheless, it was YOU who attacked us on the 8th of September 1944, even though ALL German soldiers had left Bulgarian soil and yet you have the nerve to call us fascists and traitors? The double standard is strong with you.

As for our membership in NATO, no one asked the Bulgarian population if they wanted to join NATO or not. But looking at Turkeys slowly rising path to "old glory", I'm glad we are in NATO.

@@Yanko_Partizanksi and what happened after the Warsaw Pact collapsed? You announced to the whole world that "the evil Soviet Union occupied Bulgaria and forced it to be socialist!" This despite the fact that it is your rulers (Todor Zhivkov, if I'm not mistaken) a couple of times asked Khrushchev (and then Brezhnev) to make Bulgaria the new Soviet Republic within the USSR. And it's good that it didn't happen! (although I think it was impossible anyway, even geographically)

@@Yanko_Partizanksi Christian, I'm not sure NATO will help you if Turkey decides to do something... anything. Look at Greece. The conflict between Greece and Turkey over the island of Cyprus has been going on for many years. And no one is trying to help Greece. Although Greece is a member of NATO.
