👉Le sovracosce di pollo sono la parte alta della coscia del pollo ed è una delle parti del pollo che più mi piace, tenera e poco stopposa, molto più buona rispetto al petto, a mio avviso!
Se non avete mai provato a preparare le sovracosce di pollo in questo modo, vi invito a farlo… sono veramente squisite. Fate attenzione soltanto alla cottura, non abbiate fretta altrimenti restano crude dentro! 😉
