I’m a 3rd generation White Sox fan. My grandfather was a young boy when the American League started up with the Sox as a charter member. He was a Sox fan from day 1, my father was a Sox fan, I’ve been one for 60 years and I’m glad to say that one of my daughters is carrying on the tradition even though she married a Cubs fan (still, he’s a good guy!). In 60 years of following the Sox, I’ve never been so excited for a season and will be more so when they are back to full-strength. Hahn has done a great job. I don’t think anybody anticipated Tatis becoming what he has and, even though I agree that they could have tried to get a lot more, it’s not worth agonizing over it now. The Sox are an exciting team, the fan base is expanding and, if the Cubs can stay in contention, maybe we can have the All-Chicago World Series that I’ve been dreaming of for 60 years!

Love the eyes rolling back and forth and the sly smile at 38:25 from Jason when he asks "Why did you bunt there?"

What a phenomenal introductory podcast, enjoyed every second of it. Mr. Hahn seems so similar to me in every way and I would do anything to sit down and have a formal conversation with him. Great stuff, made my day hearing this information 🙏

Sox stadium suppose to be sold out at every home game. Missing magucal moments for the fans
@DoomWar13 жыл бұрын
Is that actually true? I bought 10 tickets for last season but I got refunded cuz of you know covid and they were on the verge of selling out, but I'm genuinely curious if it's like that this year? If so, awesome.

My opening question...what the hell were you thinking with that Fernando Tatis Jr trade??? How filthy would an Abreu, Tatis Jr, Anderson and Moncada infield be???

@@MrMuhffins I know but couldn't we have gotten someone else besides James fucking Shields??? Hahn has done a great job overall though, aside from that horrible trade.

Best to just forget about it by now. We stole Eloy and Cease from the Cubs. It flat out sucks how great Tatis has become as a Sox fan, but gotta forget about it
