In today's video, I will teach you an easy fine-dining recipe with salmon poached in soy sauce, beetroot fondant, beet puree, and zucchini chips. Have fun guys
Poaching liquid
- 500ml of fish stock
- 4 spoons of soy sauce
- 2 spoons of sugar
- 10 peppercorns
- zest from half lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic

What kind of blender would you recommend for the kitchen? I'm worried about blending hot food for long amounts of time in a regular smoothie blender 😬

Aside from the recipies - which are fab! - I just saw the softbox reflection in the furniture. I'd highly suggest adding bee/grid so that the light doesn't spill all over the place. Your eyes will thank me later as well :)

You go crazy with the mandoline^^ I chopped of 3/4 of my right thumbs fingernail,... it regew but since that incident scenes like this really give me the creeps :D

Yes, because you do not know how to use it the right way. If you handle it with proper technique, you will never cut yourself. Look at my hands; there is no chance of cutting fingers.
