It cooks out. The cake isn’t alcoholic after baking, alcohol almost always evaporates out of foods cooked at high heat, the only time it doesn’t is if you use a lot of booze compared to the rest of the ingredients, don’t cook for as long as you should, or if you add more booze after cooking.
