Regarding pro term speaker ... Yes BJP chosen continuity over experience. In this case also BJP recognised and sent message to people who voted them overwhelmed for first time. This is unfortunate that educated people constantly misleading the educated public . In constitution there is no provision to give Dy.speaker post to opposition. The current opposition ruled states also not given Dy. Speaker post to state level opposition in many states. So hiding this fact and telling BJP not recognising opposition is false propaganda by some wested interested groups for their own benefit.
