You’re kind to make it at 22 I today only finished 21 day sp challenge My self concept is in peaks , I’m someone who sleeps at 3 or 4 am till 2 pm I’m now sleeping at 9 wkup at 6 am I have started to learning something related care giving course and also losing weight for my marriage (yes with my sp )so I’m joining this challenge tomorrow onwards to change my self concept even more

I was in friendship with benefit situation but abhi hum friends jese hi hai but jyada contact nahi hota ... So for now.i am not able to take out the awareness from 3rd party..can i affirm for the separation too pls..coz i tried being in the end.. but this triggers me alot...ut has become stagnant

I would just don’t affirm anything about third party, because you are giving more attention to them. But if it’s very difficult you can mention 3P is now happily married to someone else. And just a scene repeat in mind: SP: hey, I miss you You: but what about 3P SP: haha, she is happily married to someone else, we broke up almost a year back You: haha, that’s funny So in this scene, you feel safe again as it’s clear SP don’t have any feelings for her as he is laughing and telling this, this will also take the pressure off. This scene is not a visualisation, just like a shot day dream keep repeating

You can still manifest, but in my case always I felt relationship was difficult because of that I didn’t feel good enough. And my relationship struggled a lot. Once I build my self concept things come to me easily and it’s long lasting
