Four years ago I demoed the Chirality Audio Black Swan. It is to me still one of the best pedals I have tried and a staple on my Occult Waters board. Now I had the chance to play around with and get to know the Splinter and have found another absolute Gem. It has so much tonal shaping ability and such a great range. I used it in these scenes solely with contact mics and acoustic items because that is mainly what I use for this kind of setup. I makes things pop, crackle and break in all the right ways.
