Imperial Arquitens catches rebel Nebulon B flat-footed in the middle of refueling. Rebel fighters have to ward off the imperials long enough to finish fueling and jump out before more imperials make it. I know one of the Nebulon Bs on the workshop has a good bit of hanger space, but the Arquitens might not be quite the ship for the job on the imperial side. Maybe a couple Gozantis or a victory would be better (EDIT) The Nebulon B i was thinking of is by Vollstrecker on the workshop. It has a big hanger but smallish hanger doors so the logistics of trying to scramble fighters from it would be really interesting.
