Space Engineers - Red Squadron - Attack On the Imperial Fuel Supply

CaptainShack and Red Squadron go up against an imperial battle-group with a mission to take out the Empires newly Acquired fuel supply's. 7 A-Wings designed by the community vs A group of Star Destroyers.
We had 19 different version of the A-Wing sent in.. But I have to give the best A-Wing based on the challenge I setup goes to KingdomBragg! Wow. His A-Wing was used for this video.

This was one of the most epic things ever. Of all time. Something like this needs to be a series of some sort, or maybe just a bunch hitbox live stream sheniganes with the community. I was actually thinking of a way to do some sort of grand strategy Star Wars role-play game that would be feasible in Space Engineers a few days ago. It would either be a bunch of random battles set up like this one, or be playing Space Engineers, but with multiple maps that would represent the various battlefields, and would be more capture and defend of the maps, with the ability to build and "send" ships from one map to another.

You should do the imperial side mission to destroy the remain rebels fleet flee from the battlefield or damage their hyperspace drive and engine for infiltration squad to rescue an imperial officer for intel as a bonus

So when I backed a then still in alpha Space Engineers, I was definitely skeptical of whether they could achieve their ambitious goals for the game. Back then there wasn't atmosphere, hyper drives, computer blocks, or even wheels and rotors. Seeing this and the things done in the game today are simply unreal. Watching this video my heart raced and soared with you, Red Squadron. This is the dream that seemed so far off, here, in front of our very keyboards. Keen has truly delivered and is a shining example of how early access should be done, and what few developers and studios these days do. Thanks to everyone that worked and still work to make Space Engineers awesome

Love it!!! You should do one where your on the bridge of a star/spaceship (depends on the series/movie) and you only give commands and the rest of the crew are stationed at defensive, weapons, pilot, etc.

since ships saved to the steam workshop can randomly spawn in servers, imagine a super star destroyer spawned close to your asteroid base and was heading your way.

+Richard Bludgus (LegoRicardo101) not all ships only those that have been selected by ksh and they have to stick to a set of rules for performance reasons. A 1:1 star destroyer doesn't fullfill the rules as it's polycount would be way to high. also multigrid ships aren't allowed (so everything that uses rotors or pistons you won't find in the game)
