Just finished binging this entire series, and it was inspiring. Seeing an expert produce to a quality I have never achieved is a real privilege, so thank you very much for what you did in this series and the many hundred of hours you put into it. It was a real gift. It seems that KZbin is taking a backseat for you right now, and I get that. Real life comes first. But I just wanted you to know that your talent is appreciated, and I would love it if this season gets revived. I would love to see you make a refuelling station on that ice asteroid you found. I can only imagine what a spectacular job you would make of it.

You should rename one of the Viper ships to Phoenix since it kind of rose from the ashes, I believe that was the gatling version :) Can't believe I finally caught up with this series!

Hey! I hope you're doing well. I was thinking, if you want to release videos but don't have time to do your usual style of longer base building etc., maybe you could do something shorter where you work on some of your ships? Though, maybe that still takes more time than you have, I dunno. Speaking of ships, it occurred to me that you could make a small ship featuring a reloadable rocket launcher. That would take up more space in the ship, but combined with an appropriately sized cargo container, it would give that ship a lot more firepower. It would obviously need some smaller guns as well, but it might be more useful against large grid ships or bases. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and share a few ideas. See you later!

24:37 What you can do here is set the color of the unfinished rails to the “Ignore” color. Also, couldn’t you use an event block to control the toggle for BOB? Something like “When ship connects, activate timer which turns BOB on”

With multiple projectors, you can switch between variants fairly easy. Save one with gattlings and the other with auto cannons.

They did add unwelded looking blocks in the recent DLC, so you could replace those blocks you don't want welded up all the way with those.

I think those are the "scaffolding" blocks, and I suspect they were added more or less as a way to let people use them instead of unwelded blocks. I'm not sure what they look like in small grid, though.

I think they call it Bob after the kids cartoon, Bob the Builder.

I just remember HavocLP Gaming calling it Bob first. I think it was in reference to Bob the Builder. I like to think it is in reference to the book We are Legion. The main character is named Bob and he became an space exploration Android with the purpose of recreating himself. But it's most definitely the Bob the Builder reference.
