My grandfather was in B-24's over Germany in WW2. I can't imagine one of my grandchildren flying in space over the Earth! This is the beginning of the most important service branch, the patrolling of deep space in our Solar system and one day our Galaxy! Cool!

Trump will be known forever as the founder of Space Force as it will lead to the exploration of space! He definitely did that right no matter what anyone thinks of him. I'm non-political by the way.

We just got back from Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama. My son-in-law just graduated from OTS and my daughter is in ROTC at her college and just contracted in two weeks ago and she will go to OTS training this summer. She will finish her degree in a year and a half she will enter the space force as an officer at the age of 23 years old.😊

Thanks so much for posting! I've been trying to become an officer for almost 3 years so it's really great to finally see someone document their experience in the field I'm applying to. My hope is if I become an Officer I can vlog about my experiences too! :)

Hi. Thank you for posting this video, it was very insightful. Could you shed some light on the 14N - Intelligence Officer position's role? For example, do they lead a combination of all the other intel roles (1N0, 1N1, etc.) or just a one? Do they sit in front of a computer all day, gathering info then presenting it like the 1N0? An interview with one or just more information in general would be fantastic since I'm interested in trying to join as one.
@SpaceNerdConfessions3 жыл бұрын
Yeah I can definitely work on getting an interview with a 14N! But the job is very similar to a 1N0, depending on location/unit will vary your day to day job. Whether it involves a lot of briefings, but with most intel jobs it will be a lot of desk work.

I’d probably be pretty damn good at this job. Also, really like the idea of sitting in an office for a living vs. fighting for my country in in-climate weather (been there done that not a fan). Do you offer more content on prior service from another branch? Also, more details on transferable experience to the civilian job market? And more details on earning a degree while in and commissioning into the officer ranks?

Your video was extremely helpful. I look forward to joining. I have spoken to several recruiters and none have information on how I can join the Space Force. They all say that the requirements are unknown at the moment because it’s so new. I am glad I saw your video. Can you please guide me in the right direction as far as getting in touch with a recruiter who knows more about the requirements for the space force and if I m eligible? I took the ASVAB & I am medically qualified through MEPS.

Unfortunately I do not know much more than I’ve already posted in my videos. But I’m hoping to link up with a USSF recruiter early December to get more information! Stay tuned to my videos and I’ll update once I get more information!

Motivated by 248 years of blood sacrifice and extreme discipline passed down theough the spirit of every marine, trained to do nothing but think clearly and kill, im super proud to be a marine. But soemithing tells me in 200 years our beloved corps will seem so barbaric.

Remember that the Space Force is not that big yet. The promotions will not be that great to the senior Non-Com level (E-7 to E-9). Officers must remember that they will need to broaden somehow and advanced degrees will be the norm.

Does the Air Force let you actually pick your job or do you pick a list of jobs and then they give you a job based on what’s available on the list?
@adrianescalante83133 жыл бұрын
It’s from a list of jobs that are available at that time. If there’s a job that isn’t available at the time you are picking your occupation, then you’d have to wait for when a spot opens up.

Hey I’m thinking of joining the Air Force reserves as a 3D0x2 ( cyber systems ops ) but do you think 3D1x2 ( cyber transport ) will be better as far as cyber security experience and civilian opportunities?

Delirious Dynamic Here is some feedback, “17X here: I will say that 1X2s and 0X2s kind of meld together with responsibilities, from what I’ve seen. It really depends on what their career goals are in IT. There is a 3D careerfield specifically for cyber surety (cyber security, 0X3) that is equally competitive on the outside, but less hands-on.” Hope this helps!
@SpaceNerdConfessions4 жыл бұрын
Delirious Dynamic “It depends on what the individual is asking. Cyber Security is necessary, regardless of the 3DXXX AFSC. Is 3D0x3 an option? It’s also worth considering. In summary 3D0x2 = server administration, 3D1x2 = routers & switch administration. They are all important to ensure cyber security... just important for different reasons and in different ways.”
@KING_JOSH_1114 жыл бұрын
Space Nerd Confessions thank you so much!! Definitely needed that insight to make this decision. I may go 3D0X2 just to switch over to the Space Force. Thanks again, your awesome!!!

do all intel jobs require 6 year contracts or is it just some, like fusion analyst?
@JasonGesus4 жыл бұрын
From what my recruiter has told me some intel jobs require 6 year contracts mainly due to the training being at least a year long in some cases.
@SpaceNerdConfessions4 жыл бұрын
This is false!! All contracts are 4 or 6 year contracts no matter what career field. Don't let them tell you otherwise!! It is very competitive to get into the USAF but doesn't mean that you have sign into a 6 year commitment if you don't want to!

💫What color or types of uniforms do you desire best for different constellations in USSF? Mine; All black design that covers up to the neck representing actual space and the other is a type of purple camo pattern signifying crown chakra, royalty, sacred feminine divine, and the twilights of Light. It’ll be the first of its design into the military but women love it and so do the guys. It’s cool. It’s new. What do you desire the people of USSF be called? Mine; Stars because each and everyone of them are a star. Constellations for Wings and a unique modification to the space wings issued in AFSPC. What do you believe will be one of the strangest or most unique positions in USSF that’s never been applied before, even to civilians? Mine; Since space is integrated into everything and it’s not just outer space but more that of inner space, I believe some really cool creations are being made to integrate with people, as a whole, like never done before in the past and it’s really good news. Creative Abilities At Best. I’ll leave it at that so I don’t give it away Lol other to say Art, Architecture, Music, and Design are totally in and that’s a good thing for All. Thank you for thinking about this and getting some feedback. I will love to hear your input💫
