She has 2 models. The model in the cinematic trailer is what she really looks like (and you can see her wearing those clothes in the game too), the one you see in this gameplay clip is how she projects her self for V to see.

Order is wrong in your mashup. Trailer scenes take place before gameplay ones... SF1 is already going down from first hit in space and takes some more hits just before landing.
