It's now getting announced as a physical copy at least on Japan. Lucky with importing, it's playable with everyone! It comes with several other games and pre-ordering on Amazon gets you a bonus Sega Genesis game from 1990.

Thanks for making this video. I love playing SIE 1 and 2 on the DS and seeing the video makes me definitely go buy the game. The DS version was always the best of the bunch and I'm glad they sticked to making the game be more like the DS game! The music/SFX sync is just too good

Very well done and I particularly like the slot machine vibe. There is something to be learned from modern slot machines that I think transfers really good to some arcade games. I think this could be turned into a cash game at least in theory with the difficulty of gameplay and shootable winnable bonus items varying over hours of gameplay in accordance with the programmed payout schedule. Make it not just luck but also just a little bit of skill as well.
