This looks like a better alternative to Basecamp. I really hope more companies start adopting it. Looks very promising, well done!

Feature request: Button 'do my work' Ok, joking. Thanks for your hard work. We have been using this for the last months before this public release. One word: good.

Thanks for keeping your promises regarding release plans! I eager to see built-in video conference support. Another kind of "showstopper" to me is that large company should have on-promises setup or if wait for so long, then I would see guidance to connect remote repos via mentioned API. Also I need more Project planning tools - just, even such perfect to-do list tool, is not enough. I would get roadmap setup and visualization that can support project which includes number of other projects. Let us say UI design + Frontend + Backend all in ones. Thanks again!

Congrats on the launch. The product seems very interesting and useful in terms of clubbing different workflows. Regarding the uploaded video - The subtitles seem out of sync. A fix would be great.

I did not see you mention YouTrack. Will it be integrated in any way?
@ggoraa

Yes, it will. You can easily import issues from YouTrack (and soon GitHub) to Space using their migration tool.

It is already there for whole EAP, actually, named "Issues". Also demonstrated on this video briefly.

@@ggoraa FYI here's some more info on importing issues from other trackers (long post, we tried to cover many scenarios) blog.jetbrains.com/space/2020/12/04/import-issues-into-space/

YouTrack will have integration with Space. You could vote or star for this issue youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-52293 and particular subtasks to track progress and get updates. Part of integration related to commits will be released soon. That means that Space commits will be linked to YouTrack issues and will be visible in YouTrack UI.

We already have an open-source application for importing issues from YouTrack. And YouTrack is about to support Space as a provider for VCS commits.

We recently released an import API for issues (blog.jetbrains.com/space/2020/12/04/import-issues-into-space/), so it's already possible to build a migration from Jira to Space issues. An import API for specialized documents will be available soon, and then it will be possible to import from Confluence to Space documents, as well. We are not currently building our own migrations from Jira and Confluence to Space, but we are talking to a technology partner who is interested in doing so. This means they may be coming very soon.
