I could try, but I don't play chemist all that often. In short, I start by making as much Spaceacillin as possible, like 20-30 pills with 10-15 units each or somewhere around that. You can use the 100unit beakers to make large batches quickly. Then I just refer to the wiki for other recipes. Once you make a bunch of the more common recipes you'll start to memorize them. How do the controls compare to ss13? I recently went to Linux so SS14 is pretty much my only chance at playing ss13 again.

Well they're much more streamlined, less delay between inputs, etc. so they're simpler and more responsive. Feels more like playing a real-time game rather than a turn based trying to be a real time game. I have a video going over the controls on my channel as well

Virtually non-existent in my experience. Have had a few spikes but nothing bad. Infinitely better than SS13 in that area

Live in indonesia, and i play in an us server, no lag whatsoever, except when the server lags (not your fault most of the time)

I play Space Station 13 all the time. Is it the same in depth yet or has it still got much to go? Once Space Station 14 gets incredibly in depth with its mechanics I might hop on over to check it out sometime.

Honestly the non-tile movement is really off putting to me. Had it on corporate mercs and as a curse on /vg/, just feels so bad in comparison to how standardized and measurable the tile system is.

You get used to it surprisingly fast. It ends up being much smoother than tiles, much easier to navigate.

ss14 is kinda shit tbh. not because of the missing content, but they made some really dumb design decisions. like moving away from tile based movement and the god awful interface design, even compared to the original. just play ss13, its better in every way
