Another scene from 'Breakaway', similar to the final broadcast episode but with extra dialogue that was cut out. Here Koenig asks for Carter to fly over Area 1, which makes more sense than the Commander doing it himself!

Yes, it makes more sense to send Carter. I've always heard that Martin Landau made abrupt script changes because he wanted to be in most of the scenes. They say he felt threatened that co-stars would get too much screen time from the leads If anyone doesn't hear a particular word or phrase well, like the outtake moments which I occasionally miss, Martin Willey has transcribed the dialogue at his Catacombs web site.
