Hi there, Thank you for this tranquilising music! I 've tried many, but always somehow became annoying. This one is not! And since my life is just such that I wish to nobody to have I was in desperate need of a atmosphere in which I truly could get rid of the extreme tensions that just did not went away anymore! CPTSD, heavy depression and the circumstances why I have this still continues with no end in sight. Two days ago I found your music on YT and after a complete sudden tensionhype followed by a total release I found myself finally a way to be able to soothe the tensions To levels which makes me able to also act normal between people for a short time. I try tomake it a habit listening twice a day or when tensions elevate again. i eill let you now after a month or so how it worked out and whether I am able to keep the routine! thanknyou so much! 🙏🙏🙏
