I remember playing this game. Such an obscure childhood memory Lord of the Realms 2 is! The nostalgia of me not being good at this game due to me being a child and not knowing what I was doing. Yep my empire went into ruin and I got nightmare fuel from the dungeon execution scene. The animation was cool though. Thanks for the memory's Sir Hammy!

Yeah, I went full farming, and found whichever county had a quarry vs. mine (Whichever one I didn't start with). Instead of trying to branch out, I just... built up one county until I had maxed out 600 crossbowmen in Royal Castles, sending my free archers out to wreak havoc, then build up the next county immediately. Worked the whole game through. Nothing like surrounding The Bishop in the center of the map, with 4 stacks of 1500 knights on all available roads out of the county, and then send in my actual force to put him down.
