the cylinder on my machine is stuck how can i take it out

if it's stuck you can remove it on your own, you have to call for the handyman. coz have to take out the whole unit. (Do not give power supply and on the machine)

This Machine Import from china. yes, it's reliable. but take a longer time to freeze. after dispense, around 5 cups take more time to free ice cream or yogurt. I suggest a Carpigiani ice cream machine instead of this.

If you can clean every night that will be better but you can keep the machine standby mood up to two days.

I just bought one. It's winter right now, I don't expect to sell that much ice cream. Do I just press night mode then come the next day and press night mode again? Do I have to empty the tank and fill it with new mix? Or can I continue with the mix in the tank? Thanks for your reply. Appreciate it.

@@thushanthanjothinathan6558 once you press standby mood the next day before you start the machine you have to stop the machine and start. you can leave the mixture inside the tank for up to two days. most welcome.
