1, can I only pour a small amount of mixture or do I have to use the whole 2gals? 2, if so can I reuse the mixture after cleaning machine? 3, how many days without cleaning is safe?

so if you flip the stopper before the stuff in the barrel freezes won't it just fill up anyway? Should you have it freeze first before flipping it?

Question: It was my understanding that some health departments do not permit you to store the mix overnight in the machine? Does anyone have experience with this?

I have a Taylor 791-27. In the hopper there are a lot of creama, do we take the creama out or stir into the mix?

I have a baby brullen and it makes very nice icecream but the hopper is always room temp. Why is that. Should it be refrigerated

Hi I have a question. I have a Taylor c161 machine. I recently bought it for my shop but I can't seem to find any information regarding the overrun of this.

thank you, i have wondered this since i bought this vevor machine 2 years ago and just used it a few times for family events, but we are thinking about using it more. The vevor instructions are terrible and were in chinese.

On our Vevor machine it uses the “fresh” setting in the top left corner of the operating screen to switch the unit to refrigeration overnight.

Can I leave the mix in multiple nights? Just starting to sell soft serve at our burger restaurant and don't have a high volume of sales yet. Also we're closed on Sundays so would it be ok to leave it in from Saturday night to Monday afternoon? Using a powder mix with milk and cream instead of water.

Hey did you find an answer to this? I'm in a very similar situation. I noticed that your comment is a year old, so I'm hoping you can help me with this 😅

I have baby brullen but the hopper is never cold. So why is this?

Hi! Question, if you have a lot of left over soft serve before cleaning your machine, can you despense it into a tub and keep it in the freezer (making it hard ice cream) so you can reduce waste or would it be better safety wise to just chuck it out? Thanks! Sorry if you've already made a video about this, just found your channel. Great videos by the way!

Depends on local codes. In many areas, as long as a safe temp is maintained and food safe containers are used, you can either rerun the product or use for hard flavors.
