SpaceX Catches a Booster on Landing. Would this Work for Airplanes?

Starship does not land on the Grid Fins! It lands on relatively small hooks right in between and underneath of them. Nice video though :)

One small correction is that the grid fins are not load bearing. There are landing pins below the grid fins.
