SpaceX Declared This About The Starship After flight 6!

I did not see the engines, in the diagram of the engines, show any engine relight in space. Saw flames and they announced only one engine relighting. Did not see any fuels showing in the engine display, why? Did someone forget to properly attach the antenna assembly to the tower. To be able to retrieve the Booster. I kept looking to see if the flame hit the top of the tower and I did not see anything of the sort. Is someone just talking without Investigating to see what actually happened? I am guessing that there is a lot of force applied even if the flames are not heading towards the antenna. Wondering if the unit was looked at between flights and someone forgot to tighten the antenna assembly back to the tower properly?
