SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket paints sky with 'jellyfish' effect during after-sunset Starlink mission

A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, making a record-breaking 21st flight, lifted off from Cape Canaveral's Space Launch Complex 40 at 8:32 p.m. EDT on May 17, 2024. The after-sunset launch created the right lighting conditions for the so-called 'jellyfish' effect as the Falcon 9 climbed to orbit.

That evening we ended up taking the Kayaks out to watch that launch we live near sebastian in Grant and have access right to the river so with the south east trajectory it was like it was on top of us... That was hands down the absolute most amazing launch i've seen!!!!! It proves how amazing it was because SO MANY PEOPLE questioned what all the stuff was in the sky , not normally seen w/ the 2 fairing halves and 1st stage booster... It was amazing even seeing the puffs coming off them.... Legit , absolutely AMAZING!!! Elon should have all launches at 8:30 pm lol
