Very clearly instructed. I've watched this many times since it's easily "forgotten".

Can somebody explain "spoken labels". Is it just noting?
@6Uncles7 жыл бұрын
yes. Noting is with internal talk. Labels are verbal sound
@arpanagarwal25243 жыл бұрын
@@6Uncles In shinzen's terminology, noting is just bare noticing, while labels can be mental labels or spoken(aloud) ones.

That not wanting to do SL is so relatable ahaha

Think maybe people don't like labels so as not to get stuck down the 'rabbit hole' of thought pretending to exist as what it describes by adding emotion. Anyhow bringing thoughts through the absolute witness is most likely to filter off the perceptual garbage in light of the actual intelligence through the absolute witness, and also lighten them back to just labeling energy(equanimity in thought). Think K was right that thoughts may create fibs to create an anti , thus to create a notion of important existence. Being thought through the whole is much better for purifying the mind. Peace out.
