Why do I think that meatballs taste raw because we add only garlic, Chilli flakes,rosemary..........I mean not flavouring like indian masala? Does it taste edible?

No you don't want your meat balls to have over powering flavour, think of it as paneer cube in paneer curry, it does not need to have a blend of masala in the paneer cubes

Secondo "second course", the main dish, usually fish or meat. Traditionally veal, pork and chicken are the most commonly used meat, at least in the North, though beef has become more popular since World War II and wild game is very popular, particularly in Tuscany. Fish are those which are caught locally. Spaghetti and meatballs is not Italian. Spaghetti and meatballs was invented by Americans who came back from Italy during ww2
