Daniel Patrin Jesus how many fucking soundtracks did he take from spaghetti westerns? This one too?!

+Dean Humble Tarantino is an uninspired hack with a really, really deprived mind. I think he's one of the worst directors ever existed, even Uwe Boll is better in my opinion. Makes me ashamed of being a fan of classic Italian cinema sometimes.

Aussie Noonga Then you get his pre-pubescent fanbase commenting on everything "Wait I thought dis song was from kill bill!!". It's just embarrassing.
@Commander_Rane4 жыл бұрын
You guys suck. This song was wasted on a forgettable movie. Tarantino uses music LEGALLY from dead movies in scenes far more fitting and dramatic. This song wasn't even in Kill Bill you fools.
@Breakbeat90s4 жыл бұрын
@@Commander_Rane it was you idiot it played in the o-ren ishii anime scene, plus who gives a shit if he legally used it, i rather have an illegal use of a soundtrack if it fits better than a shitty legal one

Why hasn't this been released on DVD? I recall seeing this for the first time back in 197-something at the age of 13 or 14 on a holiday in Italy. My older coulsin took both myself and my brother to the flicks to watch this one evening. Didn't understand a word since it was in Italian, but we were both blown away by the film and the score. After the fnale and credits, we looked at each other with a WTF have we just watched look on our faces. Why hasn't anyone posted the film on KZbin yet?

Well for Inglorious Basterds the man who was his composure was working on some other things so he gave him music he did from other films. Even though Tarantino wanted an original score, but I get your point.

The interiors were usually filmed in Rome. Exteriors-Almeria,Spain which is all desert with Italian, spanish, and the token American actor,usually the star. Tarantino took from a lot great but ignored films. Only people who know these films can see it.

Alice Gribble - I think the term spaghetti western stems from the expression from japan that they termed noodle western. The americans caught on and termed them spaghetti for its European market flavor.
@jordanelias10 жыл бұрын
Sergio Leone (The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly) and other Italian directors filmed a lot of Westerns using Italy's landscape in the 1960s, which is why they're called Spaghetti Westerns.
@TheGuitarMusicFan10 жыл бұрын
Jordan Elias They were Italian made, but often filmed in Andalucia Spain.
@ScriptWorker10 жыл бұрын
Jordan Elias They weren't filmed in Italy. Spain and the Canary Islands were their main film sets. As it happens an italain journalist seems to be the origin of the expression whilst reporting on the films for the USA - As Fistful of Dollars was based on the Japanese Yojimbo and the Italian remake was called a Noodle western, that is why I considered the term to be borrowed from the Japanese.
@jordanelias10 жыл бұрын
***** Cool! Now I know. Thanks guys. I suppose the Spaghetti comes solely from the Italian production then.
@Deisinoful14 жыл бұрын
Among the currrent film makers Quentin Tarantino is the only one who realized that the real goldmine of Italian cinema was not in the snobbish list (Fellini, Antonioni, you name it), but in the b-movies. Thang god he is keeping alive the genre whereas the Italians totally caved in to minimalist shit passed off as art
@Alternatevil15 жыл бұрын
The term comes from the fact that Italian directors made these films. It has nothing to do with 'spaghetti' meaning bland or anything. That's what I first thought, anyway, until I actually saw one.
