Spaghetti w/ Fresh Tomatoes & Eggplant
- 2 medium eggplants
- 8 fresh tomatoes on the vine
- 3 garlic cloves sliced
- Grated Romano cheese to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- 1 lb of spaghetti

For future use, always season with a high burning oil like coconut or avocado oil. EVOO is not a high burn oil.

My son bought me the whole set over 2 years ago. Yes very good quality did not like them and had him send them back because of frying pans to shallow for all the cooking that I do between. Eggplant cutlets not for me Very expensive for me not to have exactly what I need. If you wanna deep frying Pan you have to buy it separate the one you're cooking in now is a wok don't really use that for anything. I am watching the show master chef with Gordon Ramsay the cook's are in restaurant hells kitchen to cook. I'm looking at all the frying pans in his kitchen not one of them Hexclad Just because they put their name on something doesn't mean they use it. And like I said for what I use it for I would have to have those pans plus a ton of other frying pans. As far as oiling the frying pans I do that with all my frying pans even my stainless steel frying pans. You cure them. Nice pants like I said but not for my everyday cooking needs.
