I was there. Had permission to record but, it was lost in a fire. So glad to see this. Randy Lutge, the T&P shows and Michael Hedges shows were some of the most musically rewarding parts of my life. Thanks for putting these up!!!!!!!

So special to hear Tuck playing lead again! I've seen him in Tuck & Patty many times where he's holding the tunes together with bass lines, chords, percussion and lead lines... but to hear him as a lead guitarist is great and not what you're likely to experience in a live solo or duet performance.

Alessio: It is Spain, but the introduction is actually an adaptation of part of "Concierto de Aranjuez" by Joaquin Rodrigo.

Yes, indeed it is. And I've managed to perform this live on guitar and whistling the melody and improv. at the same time. It's a real work-out for sure. This is a masterful interpretation by two masters of their art and instruments. McFerrin's voice is as good as any horn-player! And Andress is a special guitarist who I can say is also a percussionists by the way he plays guitar like no one else. McFerrin's falsetto is amazingly smooth and non-strained - not the normal type. Frankie Valley would have loved to have his vocal chords, not to mention his super-creative mind. I've beern on stage with him as a whistler, and it was fun.
