Is this a live band playing? It sounds very glitchy. And the solo piano intro sounds robotic.

It's recorded slightly dodgy, and I think the audio has just been compressed into oblivion. There's no way this is a playback with the quality of the drumming and solo-ing

Nice. Almost. Lazy articulation in the brass during the main melody sections (notes held longer than they should, rather than allowing space) makes it fall flat.
