Wow.. what a drive!! :D The scenery was absolutely stunning, and I was once again, trying to crane my neck around the edges to see all the sights that you so kindly provided for us. Despite this being a very remote part of the country, a road through this pass was built by the Romans two millenia ago. There are remains of the original Roman road close to N-502, and many centuries later it was still used by cattle.
