Nah. Not really. You gotta be playing against total idiots to get elite with richter. And these people as seen who fall for the same thing over and over and over, are idiots lmao. Plus alpha is a decently good player. Let it be known being a skilled Belmont is not as easy as it looks. Before you hit me with bias no I am not a Belmont main. But I did play them enough to have them into elite. A thing you must note is Alpha’s GSP is high so it naturally makes it really easy when you play a character with little to no losses or no games on them.

@@jacobvenker9110 the thing is, *he* barely said anything. Alpha just played a clip of an announcer dissing Yoshi players. Dissing the character is fine, but dissing the player (unless they're REALLY bad) is where you cross the line, in my opinion. Yeah sure, it was probably meant sarcastically, but for some reason everyone has taken it to heart. So, long story short: Alpha must become that which he hates the most. And he's already gotten most of the "projectile spam" characters out of the way, so I thought "why not Yoshi?"

I feel like us Belmont mains get a bad rap. Sure, some of us might be campy spammers, but every character has their bad eggs who play them (Young link, lookin at you). A good Belmont main doesn’t throw out their projectiles at random, they get familiar with the reach and angles, and use them at strategic moments, in addition to Using their other moves.
