I think it's a fair comparison, though Chopper had much better comedic delivery & lived a life more deeply intrenched in the criminal underworld, Spanian was a low-level drug dealer who dabbled in occasional violence, Choppers whole criminal career was about violence, pretty clear he killed Sammy The Turk & Reginald Isaacs, Sidney Collins also seems fairly likely. Spanians story isn't that interesting, it's a life many have lived which is why he has such a big following, he's a street kid who along with his charisma has been able to found himself a position as a social media influencer, but he will never be an international name like Chopper was, who will go down in the history books as one of the most infamous criminals of all time.
