These gluten-free aniseed tortas are so similar to the originals that it's hard to believe they are gluten-free. They are thin and crisp, easy to prepare and delicious!
👉 INGREDIENTS (For 10 tortas)
50 g chickpea flour
100 g potato starch
40 g sugar
2 g xanthan gum
2 g salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional)
1 teaspoon anise seeds
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
40 g anise liqueur
20 g water
60 g olive oil
Oil to form the cakes
Egg white (optional)
Sugar for topping
