Thanks mate, I just feed 8 of us with 2 large fillets. Everybody enjoyed my secret herbs and spices. (Moroccan seasoning) Cheers 😁👍👍

Gotta be the best spanish mac prep on YT right here. Congrats on a really creative way to prepare three very different dishes off the same fish. Maximum return, minimum waste.

Mackerel is good in a yellow curry with fresh tumeric and galangal

Shouldn't the fish be flash frozen before eating it raw?

So what makes that mackerel spanish? Because i have never seeing that fish in Mediterrean waters or anywhere near Spain
@Vexins2 жыл бұрын
About a year late, but that didn’t look like a Spanish mackerel to me. Spanish are usually smaller with yellow spots and a black front dorsal. Looked more like a king mackerel.

Nice to remove the bones before cooking. I don't care if the skin is removed or not.

Who told you that tripe! We do have guns and it just requires a licence. No big problem. Hunting here is good. But not for shooting people Bro, no way, stuff that idea.
