I visited Espana in 2015 and finally had Albondigas con arroz. I had a Spanish teacher in junior high who was from Barcelona.

Well, that was a big decision when I started my channel, I wasn’t sure if go for English or Spanish, but just want to share Spanish recipes for everyone, so English made more sense and the Spanish accent goes with it 😂
