Very 2 dimensional battle. At the very least I would have rotated my front (usually most armored area) and reversed toward the planet. Loved the reference to Battlefield 2021. Played that a lot when I was younger. This event does kind of remind me of it.

Noo! You folks got it all wrong! The Progenitors are big race fans..they were just heading on planet for the next Death race !😎😀 At least some of the fans made it...they can properly bring the noise and the fireworks to the next event 😁

My issue with Empyrion is that I always end up getting to the "end game" and have the ships and weapons I want, and then I immediately get bored with it. It is not that the game is the issue, but more my attention span

Then you need multiplayer server to get to end game and throw excess resources to PvP fun.

That was quite fun.... but I have to say I couldn't quite follow what was happening..... big ships going all directions and I couldn't discern which way was home and what was away... If you had the time, it would be helpful to have tagged the vessels in the video editor with call-outs to say who was goodies and who was baddies and which way everyone was supposed to be heading. All the way through I couldn't quite figure what the objective was and if the ship making for the moon would be the winner and whose side they were on. I have to say, I liked seeing groups of armoured space men in action.... though would have liked to see that as a more organised military exercise... I hadn't realised how much the focus has kind of become all about bigger better vessels, when, in fact, I really like the "Starship Troopers" style battle action of soldiers on foot. I'd like to see more of that. - oh - and you're all a bunch of big kids!

Man Child company reporting in! I take your point, sorry I didnt explain it better in the beginning, the 3 ships with the blue glowy bits needed to make it to the planet before all the other ships blow em up. The 3 baddy ships are the ones that dont change course the whole way through.

I'll have another look at that. yeah, I think it confused me that we were in god mode looking at the enemy fleet to start with..... then had both teams on voice, so I couldn't discern who was who. When your team showed up from the planet and rezzed into view I had assumed that was the enemy fleet arriving through a portal from hyperspace, so, from that point on I was confused.... I thought the enemy run for Mora was you guys running for home - and I've seen Johny in your past vidz so I assumed he was on your side which also threw me. Anyway, all good fun!

Hello spanj! i would like to know who was piloting the ships invading. If it was some type of AI or NPCS please tell me how you did it. I am wandering because I want to set up my own event where me and my friend defend our base from enemy forces.

I had 3 admins piloting the ships, all they did was bring them up to 40m/s and let inertia take them in, unfortunately they couldn't leave the seats while the ship was moving so just had to sit there.
