The pixs of those drivers licenses the ID theft is then sold to people without IDs who photoshop their own picture on them. THEN uber, doordash, etc accounts are created with the stolen IDs obtained from the alcohol food delivery scans. Not only that the ubereats driver gains more access to drivers licenses to create more fraud ID Uber accounts and then get referrals bonuses on top of it. I’m a spark driver I can sit in a Walmart and watch a group of Hispanics in 4 vehicles I never receive 1 order and I watch these people get shopping orders after shopping order and I know because I follow them in the store and watch them they go out to the car give another person the phone and they drive away. Always has 2 phones. Why are they getting all the shopping orders when I don’t even get a ping? All I get is the express shopping orders that have a 60 sec timer Walmart does not give them express orders. It’s pretty obvious that something is not right the workers in the store knows there’s a problem but have no power to fix it. We can’t know if there illegals but something is wrong here. I’m not angry because they are getting all the orders but it seems suspicious that I’m sitting in the Walmart parking lot with the app on and never get a shopping order and watching these same people getting order after order continuously and the person picking the order doesn’t deliver it

It's happening in my area. Fake temp tags. Shop order says 1 roast, but they take 2-3. Found out in cart checks. Y store. Someone sitting in a car for hours, tinted windows. If you're expecting Susie and a male delivered your order. Something is wrong. They change out their players. A new crop arrives after deactivated or they don't pass AI check. They purchase accounts.

I somewhat agree with you moo, I'm latino born and raised here and some of these comments and assumptions are getting out of hand and going too far. It's obvious some people just have an agenda but that doesn't mean it's not a serious problem. I've spoken to tons of spark drivers who admit they're using purchased or rented accounts and it's not that they just have 1 account they have 3 or 4 sometimes as many as five accounts all running at the same time and always parked exactly on the dot at curbside. They bring along their buddies and you have 4 or 5 people all working as a crew constantly switching phones and cars between each other, the dispensers know because different drivers always show up under different names and when stores try to implement ID checks corporate tells them they're not allowed to do that. I think that's where the frustration is with drivers, walmart says that's not allowed but then when it happens right in front of their face they don't do anything about it.

As the person who gathers and preps these orders, I always wondered how Walmart was going to tackle this issue. Before spark, DoorDash had the same problem which we would quickly ban, and even then the banned drivers would show up with a new account a day or two later as if nothing happened. It’s not that all immigrants are bad, in fact, plenty of our drivers (and team for that matter!) are immigrants and play a part in getting these out, and do it flawlessly, but I have hands down seen and know that illegals are more likely to not be able to communicate with us, steal items from the orders, or break rules/not follow instructions for delivering (probably because of a language barrier). With DoorDash, it had gotten so bad we started to take pictures of the individuals and pin them next to our dispense exit. It’s a hard issue to tackle and I hope they find a fair solution, as it really does make my store and team look terrible when these drivers screw up.

If I get a delivery driver from Walmart that doesn't speak English I get very angry because there's no communication. I did not get an item and I tried to tell them and all they do is shrug their shoulders and say "no English no English!" I called Walmart numerous times and yelled at them! I express the fact of not sending people here that speaks spanish because I don't! Plus the fact my groceries got delivered to the wrong house one time so now I signed for my delivery and they better get it right! I can't say who is or isn't illegal but I have had many come deliver to me on instacart that couldn't speak English. One said it was a man delivering but a woman showed up and it showed half of my 20 item order was out of stock. Yesterday I was waiting for a Doordash order and I saw a man with 3 Doordash bags in his trunk. I asked him if he did Doordash and he said he didn't speak English. Then he got out of one car and got into another and drove off. He was alone in both cars.

Instacart has this going on. Customers are mad at the moldy produce they are getting. Stores love them. When you watch them shop they dont even look...just grab and throw in cart. The license plate does not mean they are legal. You can be illegal and get license in certain states. The ones in my area are tatted and some dress provocative. Multiple phones and 4 orders on a cart.....the most ive seen on a order is 2 at a particular store. Customers are also complaining about person in app not being person who delivers and they know. Instacart has lost a lot of good tipping customers over this. Its not racist .....its true.

And you may not do spark as much as others, but there is definitely a problem going on. I'm sure from my experience doing spark ( over 5000 ) they're speaking of you sitting in your car for 4-6 hours and you see that same individuals shopping all day, from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. back to back or picking up crub sides back to back while you sit for hours, DAYS at a time. I just feel you comprehend that into your own version instead of what you read.
