Good Video..! showing how modification in spark controller really is. we learned a lesson on that but to the one who has the intention to do that make sure to yourself that you can able doing it properly. as I see dis assembling spark controller is not as plug and play and easy. maybe you can do it by your DIY instinct but wear the spirit of a trained and skilled technician like the one on the video for the great result of your DIY project. so good on your venture guys, and for the TEch man on the Video awesome..! your real man for the job and thank you for sharing us transparently orderly spark controller modfctn. and ill wait for a more good one. Thank you! I was able to put in a new battery with this video. Suggestions. Please mention which are long and short screws and where the shoulder screws go. The retaining clips for the Molex plugs could use more explanation. They are really small and it is hard to see how they function.

I clicked on in the video just to see what the mod was for. The title doesn't mention it is for an antenna. There is also no product link or website. Are they still in business? I can't even find the product in search.

I don't see the Spark listed on your site where the antennas are sold. Would we simply choose the Mavic Air kit?

QUESTION... YOU TOOK THE SHORT(LEFT SIDE) ANTENNA WIRE OFF FROM THE "UPPER" CONNECTION BUT WHEN YOU ADDED THE "NEW" LEFT SIDE ANTENNA WIRE, YOU FASTENED THE LEFT SHORT WIRE TO THE "LOWER" CONNECTION. DOES IT MATTER WHICH WIRE IS CONNECTED TO THE BOARD CONNECTORS AND IF SO WHAT IS THE CORRECT CONNECTIONS?

Top video but I noticed you switched the antenna ports around Does this matter? Eg you plugged the left antenna into the old right antenna port and so on.

Great video! Too bad I did not came across this one earlier. In another video they failed to say that you should remove the ribbon cabble before removing the top side (4:20). So now I have removed the top side and the ribbon cable came along:-( I don't think I broke it, but I cannot figure out how to attach it back to the bottom side (the part with the white bulge on it). Any suggestions?

How much more range do you get with installing these antennas?

There is a lot of flight environments to consider so that’s a hard question to answer in general terms. You should see a 30% to 300% increase. In congested areas most people double their range but again hard to say unless I know a little more about where you’re flying

I bought this kit and it hasn’t worked great for me. It is really really subjective. In a small town environment I actually lost range.

Which system are you using? If you are trying a directional panel in an environment that has close physical obstructions you could get less range. You should use omni in that environment. Let us know

Titan Drones Inc. I first used spark with the long antennas. I lost range with those. Then I used the square shaped ones. They were slightly better but not much better than stock if any better at all.

Thanks for this tutorial. My issue is only with the sport mode button. It just slides back and forth and I cannot get the intelligent mode feature enabled. I'm thinking it's because of this button failure. Is this a common problem? And can I purchase a switch if I find out it is the culprit? Thanks again.

Happened to me also a few days ago. I used that button like 10times in 2 years.

So I opened the controller and removed the plastic switch altogether. Now I just use something long enough to reach inside and switch.

какой тип антен вы использовали ? нужно учитывать что родные антены подогнанный под конкретные частоты трансивера, там используются антены не как для wifi.
