You have a gift. The way you explain and emphasize the most important steps is extremely effective. I appreciate the way you explained how the left side would be more labor intensive than the right side and showed what needed to be done to remove all obstacles before beginning the target task. Very well done, nice neat work. I give you a 10 out of 10.

You just got a sub. I just recently bought an 05 mountaineer and I am having a terrible time removing the plugs. They are stuck! I don't have a Milwaukee tool due to low finances. So I am using a rachet. Should I PB blast it?

Tomorrow I am going to try again and replace the plugs with a buddy. Maybe an extra set of hands can help me figure out the problem. Hopefully a basic tune up will fix this problem. Video doesn't mention the fact that these engines have aluminum heads and if you don't take your time you could potentially snap a plug off in the cylinder to avoid this simply crack each plugs open maybe a 16th of a turn then spray something that will break down carbon deposits and let it soak a bit and even when you come back you must proceed with caution HAND TOOLS ONLY....NO FUCKING BATTERY OR AIR RATCHETS or you will be removing you cylinder heads next....
@barricadegarage53614 жыл бұрын
I used a battery operated ratchet for removal and everything is just fine so your theory on having to remove the heads after doing that is FALSE. This isnt a Triton motor FOH
