I would argue the one that is not made clear usually is the Magnet Dash. At 1:23, you see me use the homing attack, only to dash right before hitting the enemy, thus getting a significant burst of speed. Also, if you need to make a big jump up an incline, charge up a Charged Jester Dash and jump at the height of the slope, as you can see in 1:50. The rest mostly comes down to understanding how different movement mechanics work with unlocks/equipment

How do you get the longer health bar? Is it because you're playing on Easy? I've seen many runs having the longer health bar, is it better to play on Easy? Regardless, great run! The handrail skip at the end is pretty hard to achieve, specially if you only had Spark like I did when I tried it lol

I left it on the easiest setting because I forgot to change it after doing a different challenge involving the extra health (a really dumb method of trying to beat On the Run). My personal suggestion for the standard player is Electric or Hard Jester for a more balanced experience. I have been able to do the skip as Spark with no equipment, but it isn't very fast.
