@6:22 That's the Old Canberra Hospital, it was located in the Australian Capital, Canberra, and was demolished in 1997. And I was actually at the demolition of it... Most of the city was. I was initially sitting just meters away from the girl who was killed, but we moved about 10 minutes before the demolition, as we had to find a few friends we were supposed to be there with.

There's no way that is domestic water supply, not in the middle of a city. It's probably a local stream that goes through a few parks though.

to make way for ASDA at feltham - tower block was "taken apart" - next to railway line . What they didwas get the pykies , gypos metal merchants in to stripout the copper and aluminium - or complete window - which must have been a delight to those - permitted to do and make profit legally
