I'm seriously impressed! What a great idea for a retirement home. I do wonder though, how will a concrete hull hold up being in water year-round? Terrific video...Thanks for sharing.

A pretty expensive retirement home though. $300,000k is a lot of money for a tiny retirement home.

Really enjoyed this, lovely people to ! One question ...Why didn't they transport the hulls separately by road/water and finish the complete build in situ ? There was probably a logistical detail I suppose. Nevertheless another great video from Spark ! 💎

Mr Richard Waller is obviously the best broker . At the inception , I was sceptical but I invested $4,000 with him and made a profit of $12000 on a short term trade and ever since , I trade with his strategy .

My curiosity wonders does the price of the home include the transportation and that huge crane barge? $300,000 delivered I guess isn’t bad,but that’s a relatively small home,a small two story home.
@mrdennischapman3 жыл бұрын
We heard the cost of the home but does that include transportation cost or were those separate? If so, then what was the cost of transportation? I think that everyone would like to know.
@tylerboone27863 жыл бұрын
I’m watching this and although amazing and well planned transport, I can’t help but think there’s no way it would have been cheaper to build it onsite.

So, what is so luxurious about this little houseboat without a motor? It's not particularly spacious and other than the fact that it floats, it's a pretty ordinary little home.
@coenogo3 жыл бұрын
It can be towed, unlike a regular house, so if the environment around your house is no longer to your liking, you can have it moved. Some houseboats do actually have motors, so they can move independently. It will also be immune to any changes of the sea level, something that might not be very relevant in most countries, but it's a valid point to consider in The Netherlands.
@femkeklijn48023 жыл бұрын
For the Netherlands it is luxury because we have so many people on a litle space most houses are not big if you compare them to other countries. Having a nice view is something a lot of people want oveehere

I would think for the money they paid the builders could of at least painted the walls and put in floor coverings. When you pay that kind of money for a land house it's normally move in ready... I do understand there was high cost to transport their home that dissidence. I just feel they should of gotten more bang for their buck. But in the end their happy and that's truly what really matters most. I do wish them many blessings in the years to come....

I would assume they wanted on paint because of having to move it, the potential of it sinking , etc.

I saw this area up close on GOOGLE MAPS and I think to go from what they HAD which was a really nice home to that water AREA is LAME. I hopped around on street level, looks like a shanty town with a limited field of view. Who wants to be on water when a storm hits?? It will be like an earthquake on water. I think they should buy a little home in that area on land but on the water instead of a cramped box. Company movers look like a rag tag group that really are learning as they go along to move the house down river.... If that was my house and it reached its location, I would go over that house with a fine tooth comb before I buy anything

They are not really rich though, they bought there house 27 years ago when the houses were much cheaper. There finance will probably be paid off or almost paid off. The house price are sky high right now so they got a good profit out of it. That's how they got money to finance this
