Pretty sure it does - it either increases the cooldown rate or reduces the delay before cooling starts

Awesome run, glad to see you still posting! I'm curious what you think about the new track. I like it, it seems challenging, but in a fair way. It's also IMHO the best looking one, even racing it feels much more visually interesting. Also curious to know what you think of the new thruster changes as well.

Love the new tracks! It feels really fast and easy to drive on, but the jumps feel subtly nasty and can really bully you sometimes. Mix of difficult and fun that feels just right. And the thrust changes made the game way more fun imo. I'm enjoying it all over again, and it feels smoother too.

Anyone noticed at 5:41 the guy in second place shortens the distance by 3km in a matter of a second? Is that the ai rubber banding? Or does this track have some shortcut?
