They need to tighten the vanish window or make the characters clash and set back to neutral after enough times. It just drains ki and doesn't give us a lot of chances to use supers.

Can someone with more knowledge than me let me know where Kbuttah went wrong in game 2? I thought there were certain counter options you had when someone was hitting you in the back but he never got the chance or didn't know or was mistiming said counters. I am trying to get into the game and this seems like a difficult situation to get out of. But there's no way that it's impossible in this game where you can counter pretty much anything.

If you’re into the position where it’s a vanish off you can actually super guard up+X on Xbox or on Ps5 you can counter vanishes with a regular super guard there’s a visual cue to look for the yellow flash of light from there swing and boom super guard you’ll stop the vanish off and punish

A clash to end the vanishing war would be nice like people have been suggesting, but i think a fundamental change that all characters should have is we shouldn’t be locked to doing an attack if we vanish a counter. Having more freedom in your movement mixes up everything.

@@duo317 Have you never seen someone use Yajirobe? 95% of the matches he’s in end in a timeout because he will full heal multiple times without much, if any, difficulty. It isn’t as easy to do now, post-patch, but in the hands of a skilled player he’s a zombie with gag moves that aren’t entertaining to watch in repeat mirror matches.

The more i watch the more i realize how dumb SSJ4 Gogeta is in the vanish war meta. More attack, defense and health than most of the cast, instant sparking for 3 bars and an unblockable ult that at least does 2 bars of health . Not saying he needs to be nerfed. Im just complaining.
