Sparkle box kit is really useful , but they are very bad in resolving problems, staff can't give any solution,zero in communication

Had ordered this kit on 5th September'21 and they assured us that it will be delivered in next 3-4 days. But as on date we have not received it. Whenever we follow up with sales guy he always says sir it has already been shipped out & you might get it any time. #Unprofessional
